Resiliency, it’s a word we hear a lot these days. What does it really mean?
How do we “bounce back” after a setback? How do we take the lessons learned and apply them moving forward, in a more personally powerful way?
Resilience is the ability to persevere through, and overcome or transcend, challenges, personal crises, uncertainty, and ‘simple’ life problems. We come out on the other side a, hopefully, stronger, wiser, more inner-powerful (yes, we just made that word up) person.
